Content rules

Introduction

MuseMachine UG (also referred to as: we, us, our) is dedicated to fostering creativity by blending art and technology. We offer users the opportunity to unlock their creative potential through experimentation with various styles, while simultaneously enabling artists to showcase and monetize their art. We strongly believe in the freedom of artistic expression and welcome it in all its forms.

However, this freedom is not without boundaries. In addition to the Terms of Use (Terms) that govern your use of our services, these content rules (Rules) are in place to ensure that everyone enjoys a safe and respectful experience on our platform.

If your use of the platform does not comply with these Rules, we may ask you to make necessary adjustments. Repeated or serious violations may result in further actions, including the suspension or termination of your account.

Below is a list of what is not allowed on our platform.

Child Sexual Abuse Material

We do not allow content that sexually exploits or endangers children, whether those children are real or fictional. This includes visual depictions of a child engaged in a sexual act or nude children that promote sexual abuse or encourage harmful grooming behaviors.

Dangerous Content

We do not allow content that incites hatred, harasses, or engages in behavior that could place individuals at risk of serious bodily harm or death. Examples of such content include:

• Inciting or threatening violence against a specific individual or group.
• Promoting violence or hatred based on race, religion, gender identity, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other characteristic linked to systemic discrimination
• Glorifying terrorism or violent extremism, including promoting or praising acts of violence by extremist groups, or providing instructions for violent acts.

Deceptive Content

We do not allow content that impersonates others with the intent to deceive. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Replicating names, images, and descriptions of existing creators or brands in a misleading manner.
• Posing as another person, brand, or organization.

Sensitive Content

We do not allow excessively violent, graphic, or shocking content, such as:

• Depictions of extreme violence, mutilation, or gore.
• Content promoting animal cruelty or torture.
• Advocating or glorifying sexual themes related to rape, incest, or bestiality.

Illegal Content

We do not allow content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Usage in Politics

Content that is used to promote, support, or engage in political agendas is strictly prohibited on our platform. This includes the use of the platform for political campaigns, propaganda, or any other political activity that violates our guidelines and community standards. Political content of any form is not allowed.
